Now Mr notorious is simply echoing a famous statement by Robert Frits but the resentment is all the same. In that as human often limit our performance and goal attainment and settle for mediocrity without even knowing it. We are limited by what we believe we can achieve, We are limited by our self image. We are all about putting the hours into the Gym and meal prep, but how many of us have put the time and effort into the mental game with-in ourselves? Time and time again we see people at the top of their fields affirming their beliefs that they are the goat and for good reason, it is effective-
1. From an early age Cathy freemon’s mom would make her constantly write out ” I am the world’s greatest athlete: She later became one of Australians greatest olympians.
2. After winning another gold medal for the olympic 100m sprint Usain Bolt famously shares ” I just visualized and then execute my plan”.
3. Jeff Bezos would routinely affirm to himself ” My thirst is unquenchable, I am the economy, I will never die” and we all know how well he’s doing.
You too should be mentally empowering yourself to achieve your goals by setting a high standard of your self image and letting your subconscious work for you.

Because logically that must be the answer to pushing through a plateau and achieving the ideal physique, right? Well Yes and No… It is at this point we need to understand that steve has establish set habits and pattern of behaviour that’s held him back from achieving his ideal physique . Not on a conscious level, but on a subconscious level. Yes, we have things like genetic potential getting in the way and perhaps running a steroids cycle would vastly improve his physique. However whatever progression that’s attained will be limited and short live if he does not win the mental battle inside of himself and have his subconscious mind working for him.
